‘Once Upon a Time’ Casts Greg Germann as Big Bad; Robbie Kay Set to Return for 100th Episode

Once Upon a Time has tapped a new big bad and also confirmed the return of an old one.

Greg Germann (Ally McBeal, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Chasing Life) has been cast as the mysterious new big bad for the second half of season 5, “The Distinguished Gentleman.” According to TV Line, a casting call for the role previously referred to the character as “a mysterious figure with god-like powers who is always clad in a perfectly tailored suit” as well as a person who “strike fear into people just by being friendly” and “the last person you ever want to share a drink with.”

Robbie Kay is also set to return as the heroes’ former foe and Rumplestiltskin’s father, Peter Pan, in the show’s 100th episode. EW broke the news of Kay’s return, but the details surrounding what brings Pan back are being kept secret.

This means both Kay and Barbara Hershey’s Cora will make an appearance in the 100th episode of the series, although hopefully not at the same time (that’d be a LOT of bad in one room).

If rumors are true and 5B takes the cast to the Underworld, perhaps both Cora and Pan (who are currently dead in the series) will be there waiting for the gang?

You can catch new episodes of Once Upon a Time, Sundays at 8pm on ABC.
