Marvel’s Spider-Man reboot will be filming in Atlanta according to the new Spidey himself, Tom Holland, and there may be 2 other huge characters joining the new incarnation of the superhero!

Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel where they unveiled the first trailer for 2016’s Captain America: Civil War. Downey Jr. mentioned during the late-night talk show that he will be returning to Atlanta to shoot again along with Chris Evans.

Downey Jr. and Evans chatted about what it was like filming in Atlanta (Hotlanta as they called it) when the topic of returning to the city was brought up.

“By the way, we are going to shoot in Atlanta again, you and I.” Downey Jr. said.

“I know, I’m ready, I’m ready.” Evans replied.

This rumor isn’t completely new, as we’ve heard that Downey Jr. has been attached to the project for awhile. However, if Evans does show up in the new flick, which isn’t due out until 2017, then it puts the another rumor to rest – that he will die in Civil War.
