This actress loves exercise so much, she even launched her own range of workout gear; Fabletics. If you want to look as good as Kate does in her sports bras and leggings, behold this tip from her personal trainer, Nicole Stuart:

“We do Pilates for an hour, three times a week,” she told Shape.com. “If she’s prepping for something it will be more. We always combine cardio—like a mile run—before a Pilates class. On off days, she’ll meet me for yoga or a spin class.”

Even after giving birth to two kids, Jessica looks as hot as she did back in her Honey days (who could forget those abs?). Her top tips: getting sweaty and working out in groups.

“I have to break a sweat or I don’t feel like I’ve gotten anything done,” she told Shape magazine. “When I only have 30 minutes, I’ll do a series of burpees, mountain climbers, squat jumps, planks, and a few sun salutations. But I’m not going to lie. Working out sucks. Which is why I love taking classes, because I’m surrounded by other people and that keeps me motivated and accountable.”

“We really have to understand our relationship with food,” she argued to People. “We talk about diet a lot, we talk about exercise a lot, but what we don’t talk about is our individual relationships with food. Food is the biggest obstacle for most of us to get to the body that we want.”

You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going.”
