HBO Releases 3 New ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 6 Teases

HBO has released 3 new Game of Thrones Season 6 teases which they’ve labeled as “Battle Banner” teases. The new trailers feature a banner from each of the houses: Stark, Lannister and Targaryen. Accompanying the banner is a single narrating voice. Not a whole lot for fans to go on, but HBO is saving the good stuff for closer to date!

Game of Thrones Season 6 Tease: Targaryen Battle Banner

HBO had previously released another Game of Thrones Season 6 tease which also made us feel like we knew nothing. That trailer focused on Jon Snow, and made it clear that fans did not what happened to him in the Season 5 finale. We’re pretty sure he died, but we’re also pretty sure he will be back in the new season.

Kit Harrington revealed to press that the series is still very much apart of his life. “I can’t talk about that. Let’s just say that Game of Thrones will remain a part of my life for a while, I’ll probably be in my thirties when it’s over. One thing’s for sure: the day I’m no longer on Thrones is the day I’ll bury myself in movie projects (laughs).” Harrington said.

Game of Thrones Season 6 premieres on April 24. Are you counting down the days? We are. (No seriously we are, as of January 25, it’s 89 days)

Season 6 of the Emmy-winning HBO drama series debuts on April 24th.
