Taylor Kitsch To Star In ‘Battleship’

According to reports, Taylor Kitsch (Friday Night Lights) will star in Universal’s big screen adaptation of ‘Battleship’. Peter Berg (Hancock) is set to direct the film, which is described as “a massive Naval adventure across the seas, in the skies and over land as our planet fights for survival against a superior force.” Kitsch is set to play Naval commander Alex Hopper, a spirited man who is a great seaman, but a lousy politician.
