Tony Scott (The Taking of Pelham 123) has signed on to adapt the story of Chippendales founder Somen “Steve” Banerjee, who rose to fame in the 1980s following the success of his franchise. The film will be written by Lisa Schrager (The Lauren Schwartz Story: A Loser’s Saga), adapting a manuscript by Rodney Sheldon.
