Dwayne Johnson Replacing Clive Owen in ‘Protection’

According to reports, Dwayne Johnson is replacing Clive Owen to star in ‘Protection’. Brandon Noonan wrote the script, but director Patrick Alessandrin has left the project. The film follows a twenty-one-year-old daughter of a Mexican judge who’s targeted by mob types after she witnesses them killing her father. She has to stay on the run, on both sides of the border, and an agent (played by Johnson) has to protect her.
