Weekend Box Office Report: July 2nd – 4th, 2010

In its first weekend after opening on Wednesday, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse scored the #1 spot at the box office bringing in $69 million. The Last Airbender debuted at #2 with $40.7 million. Toy Story 3 dropped from #1 to #3 in its third weekend with $30.2 million. Grown Ups fell two spots from #2 to #4 in its second weekend. It earned $18.5 million. Knight and Day also dropped two spots, from #3 to #5 with a $10.2 million take in its second weekend.
