Screenwriter Mark Protosevich (Thor) will adapt ‘Freakshow’ for the big screen. He may also direct the project, which will be adapted from the upcoming Ape Entertainment book that David Server and Jackson Lanzing created. ‘Freakshow’ follows five young protagonists who are turned into mutants by a cataclysmic chemical explosion. They must decide if they want to use their new powers to save the city, or if they want to get revenge on those responsible after the world’s only superhero is killed.
