Seth Rogen May Star in ‘Rock of Ages’ Movie

According to reports, Seth Rogen is being considered to play the role of Lonny in the big screen adaptation of Broadway musical ‘Rock Of Ages’. Rogen recently attended the Toronto production of the musical, and while he said he was just there to enjoy the show, most feel that he was there for more “professional” reasons. Adam Shankman will direct the film, which is scheduled to shoot in 2010 and come out in the summer of 2011. ‘Rock Of Ages’ is the story of two love-struck dreamers who fall in love during the height of the hair-metal scene as they navigate the seedy world of drugs, mullets, and stripping while at a club on the Sunset Strip.
