Kristen John Joins ‘Vamps’

Kristen Johnston (3rd Rock from the Sun) has joined the cast of ‘Vamps’. She joins a cast that includes Alicia Silverstone, Sigourney Weaver and Krysten Ritter (She’s Out of My League). The film is written and set to be directed by Amy Heckerling (Clueless)

The movie is about two young beautiful female vampires living the good nightlife in New York until love enters the picture and each has to make a choice that will jeopardize her immortality. Silverstone and Ritter will play the vampire leads, Weaver plays a bloodthirsty “stem” vampire who has created a dynasty named Cisserus and Johnston will play Mrs. Van Helsing, a posh British woman who is suspicious of her son’s new love interest Stacey (Ritter).
