Ryan Reynolds in Talks for ‘Safe House’

Ryan Reynolds is in negotiations to co-star with Denzel Washington in ‘Safe House’, an upcoming thriller for Universal. Reynolds would be playing a young CIA agent tasked with transporting Washington’s character, a dangerous criminal, after their safe house is attacked.

The film is set to be directed by Daniel Espinosa (Outside Love), with production hoping to star early next year. Reynolds also has ‘Deadpool’,’ R.I.P.D.’, ‘The Change-Up’ and a ‘Green Lantern’ sequel fighting for time in his schedule.
