‘Breaking Dawn’ Cast Takes Home People’s Choice Awards And Talks About Filming

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner took a break from the filming of Breaking Dawn to attend last night’s People Choice Awards. The Twilight trio stacked up the awards for Eclipse. Stewart took Favorite Movie Actress, and Stewart, Lautner, and Pattinson took Favorite On Screen Team and Favorite Movie Drama.

In the acceptance speech for Favorite Movie Drama, Lautner spoke briefly about their current work on Breaking Dawn, “I can’t wait for you guys to see. Mark my words, the best is yet to come.”

Stewart also let on that the final Breaking Dawn scenes are being film when, in her acceptance speech for Favorite Movie Actress, she mentioned, “We’re shooting Breaking Dawn right now. It’s going really well. We’re working with the coolest people. It’s always surreal to be at places like this, but I was a vampire this morning in Baton Rouge, so it’s really weird…”

Stewart, Pattinson, and Lautner all looked fantastic last night, and they survived the incredibly awkward (in our opinion) encounter with Queen Latifah. Not sure how many other fans watching were cringing every time she went into the audience to talk to people – but we sure were!

Congrats to Rob, Kristen, and Taylor! You guys deserve it and we can’t wait to see Breaking Dawn – we’re less than a year away now! We’re sure this time next year, they’ll be back at the People’s Choice Awards accepting work for Breaking Dawn as well!
