FanBolt's Coca-Cola Freestyle Review
Our editor Emma Loggins recently stopped by one of the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines at a burger joint here in Atlanta to check it out. Her official review is below:
Remember when we were kids, and we used to make suicides at the soda fountain? We'd blend 8 different drinks together, and we totally loved it. Trying to get the perfect combination was a challenge, but one we gladly accepted because in a way - we considered ourselves junior mixologists... even if we were only 10.
The new Coca-Cola Freestyle machines - though they look futuristic - make me very nostalgic in a way. Now we can create our own drinks just the way we like them with over 100 different options. Want Vanilla Cherry Coke? Vanilla Cherry Dr. Pepper? It's as easy as pushing a few icons on the touchscreen. Want to get creative and add a hint of raspberry? Or how about Vanilla Coke with a hint of Orange? The possibilities are seemingly endless, and for the kid inside of us all - it's pretty awesome! Sure I was stuck mostly on the Coke combinations that I could make (everyone that knows me knows that Cherry Coke is my weakness in life) - but there's so many additional options I didn't even get to yet! Next time. :)
