Summary: Rose finds out that she has a tumor which is 3 centimeters long which causes tension between Rose and Harold. Later we find out that Rose has cancer and has to have surgery. Meanwhile, Nina meets Jake's brother Brian who is an accountant from LA. Brian doesn't seem to like Nina very much. Amy and Ephram try to be friends.
