To gain weight use high protein foods. protein don't make us fat but makes our muscles strong and massive. So protein is good for weight gaining. Don't use too much oily foods for gaining weight they would be harmful for your digestive system.
Use Oyster mushrooms
Use egg daily with breakfast
Use fresh and raw vegetables
