Not sure if this quote has been mentioned or not, I'm new here, but it was from the first (or maybe second?) episode. I'm not exact on this quote, I don't have the episode recorded or anything.

Ephram got a little..."excited" overnight and brought his sheets downstairs to wash them, and Andy walks in and asks why he was up washing his sheets, and Ephram was like "umm, I spilled chocolate milk...." and Andy was like "We don't have any chocolate milk...."

Does anyone remember that? I'm sure it was funnier than the way I put it, but I thought it was classic.
