a good quote from the thanksgiving tale episode is when amy and ephram are in ephram's room making that lil blessings book:
ephram : "you're going to have to stop doing that, you know."
amy: "what?"
ephram: "saying stuff that makes me want to kiss you."
amy: "you too."
and then they start making out
