After watching Marcia in Everwood and Melrose Place, I didn't think she would be able to pull off this role, but she has really pulled out all the stops in this role. She has made Bree one of a kind.

I didn`t see her in Everwood. I`ve only seen her in DH and some episodes of Melrose Place. And from what I`ve seen of her, she`s a great actress.

Marcia's character is totally different to her character in Everwood. It's kinda weird but great that she's pulled Bree off so well. She's really entertaining to watch.

Whenever I watch DH, I always completely forget that she was on Everwood. I must say I like her much better on this show. ;) Even though she's great in any role she plays.

I adore Marcia! After seeing the cast interview on Oprah, I loved her even more. She was shy and I loved when Oprah said, "I heard you were shy so I won't bring up old boyfriends" to which Marcia responded, "Oh honey, I wish you would!".. Aww, she'll find someone soon! She's simple, really intelligent and of course, Bree is just great. :)

I really wanted Marcia to win, too. Teri is ... charming as Susan, but Bree, as awesomely kick-ass as she is, is a much more difficult character to play, and I thought Marcia hit it spot on.

Edit: I was wondering if you guys noticed, but Marcia doesn't seem to get as much recognition as the other housewives. In magazines/posters I've seen, she's usually in the back or off to the side, and in the opening credits, she doesn't even get her own animation segment! Her name flashes and blends in with Lynette's clambering children - you hardly see it. :(

I wanted Marcia to win too. In the documentary we got over here Teri said she thought Marcia had the hardest role. and she's so different from how she was on Everwood- proving she's a great actress

I think Rex and Bree will get back together she seems to genuinely love him. Plus in comparision to George he's a prince. An adultrous prince, but at least he's sane

I loved marcia as Linda in Everwood - I wish she'd come back and make a guest appearance. She is at her best as Bree though - I'm glad she's finally getting the credit she deserves! She'll be the actress winning the SAGs and Golden Globes next year!!! :happy:

Since today I'm a huge Marcia Cross fan. Why? Because today I finally saw the clip of her at Ellen from May ( :lol: I know I'm "a little" behind). I fell from the chair 3 times (not kidding) and I was about to fall from the chair 2 times because I laughed SO hard.... She's simply gorgeous!
I LOVE her as Bree, I can't imagine anybody else in that role, and I also liked her as Linda on Everwood (but I've seen here there only 2 times or so). I've never seen her on Melrose Place (I did never watch that when I was younger, and since I know Marcia was in it, it doesn't air anymore).

I hav'nt seen Marcia in another movie or show, but i think she fits perfectly into Bree's character. Bree is not one of my fav characters but i love Marcia. She is so beautiful, i just love her hair. that flaming red color suit her so well.
