You can't copy a banner in your sig. You will have to save it to your hard drive, and then upload it to your accound on a website, such as www.Photobucket.com. Then you will take the third like down which will look like this: url and paste it into your sig. Second, about the avs. Once you have 500 posts, you can upload a 85x85 av in your CP.
