I'm Chloe, 18, from the US. I've only seen one episode of Veronica Mars, so sadly, I couldn't catch up with the show, even though I loved it, so as soon as they show reruns, I shall have my DVR ready ;)

I forgot to introduce myself to this forum.

My name is Lisa (everyone knows me as Alexa) and I am a new Veronica Mars fan, which doesnt mean I dont love it as much as everyone who has watched it all year! lol

I got into watching VM while it was airing on CTV, my sister had watched the pilot before on UPN and said it was good and that we should watch it this summer since theres nothing else on TV...yeah thank god we did! This show is my new favorite show I am obsessed with it to the point of dreaming about it lol. CTV was too slow for us so after the third eppy we downloaded the rest and watched them all week, then the next week I watched them all with my best friend (had to get her addicted!) then the week after I put them on CD and watched them all with my parents in my DVD player, who are now addicted as well!

Yeah so..this show rocks!

Thats how it hits all of us though right? The only other fans that love there favorite show the same way would be Buffy fans, which is why I think we get the comparisons so much. Maybe the first season or two of Alias....

I started to watch the pilot on CTV, but I had heard of the show before during the season on UPN. After the fourth episode though, I realized I didn't want to start missing it and I had my grad on Thursday night. So, I got Barbra to start sending me episodes. I finished the season and now I'm rewatching it (two times: once with my best friend and once with myself again).

Okay my story, for those of you who don't already know it.

I was watching OTH and was a little unsastified in general with television. I caught I think eppisode 18 and really liked it, OTH was on Hiatus so I tuned in the next week too. That is when Logan swung Veronica around and kissed her, I was squeeing so loud. I couldn't believe it. I had seen part of the pilot and what the heck was Logan doing? He hated this girl! But I loved it, and went back and downloaded all the eppies from this community Sandy told me about. I watched the entire season in two days, without sleep or much of a break, and I loved it! It quickly became my favorite show. You new guys have NO idea how hard it was to have to wait a whole week to see if Logan was the killer. It was horrible, The suspense was like no other. I think I literally had a stroke and couldn't sleep, lol. But it was great, and I am a huge fan. By the finale I was calling it the best show ever. And I thought Buffy would never be replaced. :D

I now have all the eppies on DVD, tape and my computer and am trying to convice anyone who will listen of the awesomeness that is this show.

I was in line at Harry Potter last night, and me and my friend were bored out of our minds. Hi guys,

I came out of lurkdom about 1.5 months ago to post on this forum about just hearing about the show and watching the reruns on UPN. I got so into the show that I couldn't wait each week for the final episodes to run (I don't know how you all did it last year when it wasn't available for download) and I just downloaded and watched the entire season this weekend! This show has quickly and steadfastly become one of my absolute favorite shows on tv now and I am a fan for life!!!! I can't believe I missed out on this all year last year and am just glad I got into it when I did. Besides that, the season finale just finished a few minutes ago and I had to come here and share how great, intense, and exciting it was!!!! Definitely leaves me on pins and needles for the new season.

I also wanted to say that you guys seem to have created such a fun internet community/friendship and I plan on coming back and posting here more frequently. By the way, I have never been excited enough about a show to participate in the boards (just lurked, like I stated above).

That's all for now - just couldn't contain my excitement after watching the final few episodes!!!!

So I'm Beth, I'm 15. So I was watching Lost (*hides*) and always got irked when people said they watched Veronica Mars instead. Then I watched it and got totally hooked. Veronica Mars is probably my favorite show right now. It's so great how each episode is a story and they link together.

Hi Jill! Well season 1 is on sale at many places now for about $20, 1/3 of the standard retail price so that's a really really good deal. The lowest I've seen season 2 for is $36.something and that's at Costco.

Glad you're liking the show, the website www.marsinvestigations.net has some pretty detailed summaries of what happened in episodes if you can't find the means to actually watch the episodes :)
