Gwen Is Pregnant Again!

So baby number two is on the way for Gwen and husband Chris Martin, lead singer of Coldplay. Apparently, it is being reported that the baby is due next spring and was conceived backstage at a gig. Yeah... we all know what goes on at those rock concerts! ;)

So baby #1 was Apple... will baby #2 be Orange? Or perhaps something more exotic like Tangerine? Celebs with their baby names.... you just never know what you're going to get! :)

Aww I :heart: Gwyneth so much! I've been a die-hard fan of hers for nearly 5 years now and it's sort of because of her that I became interested in Coldplay and now, Coldplay are now my music gods. See? Gwyneth brings good to the world :lol:

Yeah, ya know, I saw the interview with Blythe when she confirmed that Gwen was pregnant. I totally forgot about it tho, until now, 'cause Blythe was being very subtle about it altho she more or less confirmed it to the reporter.

"Backstage at a gig" ? God, that is so....hot...LOL (Yeah, I can see I'm in the majority here with that though. Ha. :D) Can we just be reminded though of who exactly Gwen's married to? Chris Martin of Coldplay - god, that guy is so freakin' hot - who wouldn't do him anywhere and anyplace, including backstage at a gig? I mean, honestly, can we really blame Gwennie for not being able to keep her hands off him? heehee...even when he's working? I :heart: Coldplay and I like Gwen as an actress too...so I'm happy for them. :)

Yeah, that's funny stuff about what moniker Baby #2 is gonna have - sorta lookin' forward to hearing what they name him/her. I wasn't too impressed with Apple at first, but then I heard all the other names celebs were naming their newborns, like Coco for one, and then I just kinda figured, 'Who cares?' I certainly don't care about the name thing that much.

Gosh, Gwen and Chris are such a great couple anyway, who cares what they name their kid? Although I suppose the kid would care as it gets older...LOL

Also, isn't their daughter's name Apple Alison Blythe Martin (after both her grandmothers, Alison Martin and Blythe Danner. I also read that they put it in Alphabetical order A-B, so it wouldn't seem like they would be picking favorites as far as the grandmas go. Ha. :D)

- so even if her name is Apple, if that becomes too much for her to handle as she gets older - couldn't she just fall back on being Alison Blythe? After all - that's an alright name, and after I realized that she could fall back on using her middle names, Apple didn't seem like such a wacky name after all.

I acutally never found Apple to be that weird as a name. Of course it's not very conventional, but I think it's not too uncommon in Asia. Or at least in some of the asian tv shows/movies i've seen, there were several times when a female character's name was Apple.

celeb's have given there baby's the weirdest names like: Jermayisty, Reign beau, poppy honey, hopper jack and Pilot inspektor... compared to those names, i think apple is a sweet name!:D

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have added to their family. Their second child, a son named Moses Martin, was born this weekend, the actress's rep tells PEOPLE.

The Shakespeare in Love Oscar winner, 33, and her British-born Coldplay frontman husband, 29, already have a daughter, Apple, born May 14, 2004. Moses is the name of a song Martin wrote for his wife in 2003.

Following months of speculation that she was pregnant, in January Paltrow confirmed that she and Martin were expecting. After a Screen Actors Guild screening of Paltrow's movie Proof, Lou Diamond Philips, about to moderate a panel on the film, introduced Paltrow as "a pregnant woman" and then asked her, "How far along are you?"

"Far enough along to feel very cumbersome," Paltrow answered.

When a member of the audience asked her how she got her hair so shiny, Paltrow replied, according to TV's The Insider: "It must be the prenatal vitamins ... I've been taking them for a few years."

Three months after the birth of daughter Apple, the new mother appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show and admitted she couldn't understand why people were making such a fuss over the baby's name, which, in its entirety, is Apple Blythe Alison Martin.

Paltrow said that her husband suggested the name soon after she discovered she was pregnant. "It conjured such a lovely picture for me – you know, apples are so sweet and they're wholesome and it's biblical – and I just thought it sounded so lovely and ... clean," Paltrow told Winfrey. "And I just thought, 'Perfect!'"

"We love unusual names in the family," Paltrow's mom, Blythe Danner, told PEOPLE in January.

As for being a mom, Paltrow told Winfrey that the overwhelming love she feels for her child is "a whole new dimension in emotion that I've never experienced. It's crazy."
