After performing her hit "Boyfriend" she told the crowd she felt sick and said "I love you guys" before leaving the stage. She reportedly collapsed in an elevator and was rushed by ambulance to a hospital.

Simpson has now been forced to cancel her appearance at Monday’s Radio Music Awards in Las Vegas and is planning to return home for Christmas. Her publicist later confirmed the incident but refused to give any further details.

Must be that damned acid reflux again... tsk tsk. Seriously, we hope she's ok.
