Unfortunately it seems things could get a little nasty between Nick and Jessica. When they married in 2002, they were so smitten with eachother, they decided against signing a prenuptual agreement. Good call. I think it goes without saying in the celebrity world- if two people marry, and one person's career depends solely on the fact that they are married to the other person, I think a pre-nup would be the way to go.

Hmm, she seems like she really wants to be free of him...on the other hand, no way does she need spousal support, so it's may not be a 'f**k you Nick' act.

Is it bad that I want to see things get nasty between Nick and Jessica. As bad as divorce is, and that the marriage didn't work out, I think the legal proceedings between them are just going to be funny. After all, they are Nick and Jessica.

Well didn't Nick want to sign one? Because back then he made most of the money.....now it switched.
So it seems maybe Jess wanted to get rich off of him? Who knows, either way...whoever she marrys next, she won't be a virgin, lol.
