It seems that Britney and Kevin are just hell-bent on looking as mind-numbingling moronic and insipid as possible. Word is that K-Fed has informed Britney that he would like an "open marriage". A report to this affect is schduled to run in Life & Style Weekly this week. Reports are swirling around that Britney is expecting her second baby:
