I love Luka. He's been one of my favourite since he came, I really hoped he and Carol would end up together *sigh*

So we can show our love for the wondrous doctor in this little lovely thread! :happy:

Ah...Luka has got to be my favorite doctor from E.R ever.
I love all his life drama. It's very interesting to see how much he screwed things up after he lost his family.
I've kind of always been a Luka and Abby supporter. I think they always had feelings for each other.

I love him so much...I hate that Dr. Anspaugh said that they think he's not doing a good job. Poor Luka.

I didnt like how Clemente was with Luka at the end but apart from those end days I like Clemente, I thought he & Luka could have worked together and became friends and such alas...

I do agree though, Luka is wondrous, I love his backstory with his kids and wife, its so aww.

I liked with with Carol..alas

I used to like Clemente as well. It's not that I don't like him now, but it's just that he screwed up so much and that affected his co-workers negatively.

Ha and his wife's name was Danijela just like mine :dancing: It's not spelled the same but it's pronounced equally.
That episode where he's talking to a priest and tells him what happened to his family is the saddest thing.
Having to chose between saving your kids or your wife must be one of the most terrible feelings someone can have. He suffered too much, poor thing.

Doc Benton, Ross, Carol, Doc GRENNE!! I still remember the quote Abby said to Carter at "The Letter" epi: Forget about Superman, i'll take Mark Grenne.
Loved that.

Awww I miss those times...
Mark Greene was one of my favorites...
When he died I cried more than I have ever cried watching a TV series episode...

But there are some characters in the new seasons that I love just as much.
I just think that the ones that they introduce are not so great, with some exceptions...

Luka is a great character and he makes the show still worth seeing. If he left I'd still watch ER, but it wouldn't be the same, as happens when some great character goes away...

The only new character i like is Neela. That's why i stoped watching ER for some time, it's not the same anymore... :( It's sad for people like me that used to watch it since season 1 and now see how things are... i guess they lost some ingredients of the show during these years.

Exactly...That's what I think...
I didn't like Neela at first (not her acting, her character), but then I started liking her :lol:
But most of the new characters from the past seasons didn't interest me at all, some of them even only appeared for a while and then went away...

But at least we have the old characters that make it all worth it.

When I said old characters I didn't mean the ones that are there since the beginning.
I meant the ones like Luka and Abby (since season 6) that have been on the show for a while longer than Neelas/Morris for example.
I agree with Kay. I love Luka just as much as the older ones.
