TV GUIDE: How you felt when Meredith almost suffocated because it did not want to be saved to itself?

EP: In an episode it could be completely happy and to the following one it was trying to force suicide on to me. Of course it was a surprise and later I had to imagine me as Meredith arrived at that point and to hope that the hearing remained with me. I believe that he was frustrating and it was after that experience near the death when it had that revelation of which Derek was a great boy and wanted to live by, later she returns and everything returns to normality. It does not seem to have taken to me to no significant place, and is why I believe that the 3 episodes of ferry were single a distraction of which it was happening with Isaiah and everything behind the cameras in our series in that time.

TV GUIDE: Think that it and Derek will follow together?

EP: I do not have nor idea of which it will happen. Extremely I am tired to speak of Meredith and Derek - although if it did not make it then it would not have work! (it laughs). If you break so much with people, then never you will have to somebody. The reality is that nobody is perfect and the relations are work much. You obtain of them what you put in her. Asi that you must have fé in people and is not a great characteristic of the human being to move away of whom it makes a thing that you incomoda. I do not understand as they can be so attracted and even so continue moving away the one of the other. I would like to be able to seat to me here and to justify the actions of Meredith but no of them has sense for me.

TV GUIDE: It was a watched year very shaken from outside? (talking about to the scandal of Isaiah and T.R)

EP: In the work of anyone, as much if it is a bank or a supermarket, there will be problems and people will not take well. But in our work he is exacerbado because we spent 17 or 18 hours to the day working together. Asi that we are exposed to put from nerves to the others. Our public lives are completely asi that makes worse the situation. But it is really a part of the life.

TV GUIDE: What you think of the friendship of Meredith and Cristina?

EP: I adore Sandra. She takes its work in serious very but we have great together moments. I believe that it is interesting that Meredith can accept defects in its friends but defect in Derek cannot accept. I do not include/understand because its friendship is not stronger because she understands clearly the elements of the friendship when sights the near thing that she and Cristina have become.

TV GUIDE: Think that Derek and Meredith will marry? EP: We have had sufficient weddings so far with George and Callie and the end of season. I do not believe that the marriage fixes the things for Derek and Meredith but if we do it, we must wait for the next end of season because every year we ended great and pomposos dresses!

TV GUIDE: In what your relation with Chris Ivery to the one is different from Meredith and Derek?

EP: Chris is incredibly patient and is a great system of support for me. Perhaps it is for that reason reason why so I am confused by Meredith and Derek because I seem to have a type of healthy relation. He is not something that is said every day but sometimes you rise knowing that some days are going to be brilliant, others are going to be terrible and your you are going to be there, the one by the other, anyway. We have much in common because we grew in the same city and very hard have the same sense of humor and a bow.

TV GUIDE: You are gliding to marry you soon, perhaps this summer?

EP: Planned Teniamos to marry to us in Italy but we have I decide to hope, because we are traveling to five paises to promote serie.Parecía too much work to try to jam another country, as well as to try to plan a wedding in the middle of all that.

TV GUIDE: What you think of new spin-off of Kate Walsh?

EP: I am in favor really happy of Kate and I believe that it is what really quería.Ella is very graceful and is going to be brilliant. I believe that it is going to be more comedian than Greys because I know that Kate has a humorous vein asi that they would be crazy if their forts do not write.

Ellen Pompeo wants everybody to know that she does not have an eating disorder. And she blames the media for propagating those rumors.

"I just worry about the girls who look up to me," the Grey's Anatomy star, 37, says in the new issue of Los Angeles Confidential Magazine. "I don't want them to think I starve myself or don't eat, and that to be like me that's what they have to do."

Pompeo, who says she's just naturally trim, says that false media reports are "irresponsible" and damaging to younger generations.

"What are we doing to this younger generation?" she asks in the interview. "We're so focused on the wrong things. We're teaching young girls that this is what they should be focusing on: rich and famous girls who are rich and famous for nothing."

Apparently referring to celebutantes like Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, the actress also says she feels journalists have a responsibility to shift their focus. "I just think the media should take this country in a different direction," she says.

As for her personal life, well, Pompeo raves about her engagement to record producer Chris Ivery. "I swear we're going to get married at sometime," she tells Los Angeles Confidential. "We're just trying to fit it all in. It won't be a big ceremony – we want one thing to ourselves."

And she echoed those feelings to PEOPLE earlier in the year, explaining that her wedding most likely will occur outside of Los Angeles. Said Pompeo: "We were thinking about going away and getting married."

Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo had a very interesting childhood story to tell on Friday’s The Late Show with David Letterman. Apparently, as a 15-year-old, Ellen sold Vodka to baseball fans at Fenway Park, the home ballpark of the Boston Red Sox baseball team.

On selling herself at such a young age: “I made a great living at Fenway when I was 15-years-old. There were lots of guys in the neighborhood and there were always these great job opportunities at the time. They all seemed very nice, innocent and fun!” (The audience laughed because of her suggestive implications.)

On how she got away with selling Vodka in public: “When I was 15, one particular man asked me if I wanted to make some money. He said, ‘All you have to do is sell slush outside of Fenway.’ I thought, ‘Now that sounds easy.’ They’d drive me to Fenway, set me up on the street with this nice cart and nice umbrella. And inside the cart, there were two flavors: lemon and watermelon. And then beside the two flavors was slush inside one of those big ketchup bottles. But there wasn’t ketchup in it, Dave. There was Vodka.”

On how she sold her product: “I used to stand around saying, ‘I got the special slush over here. Special slush!’ I’d [usually] give them one pump but if they gave me a few extra bucks, I’d give them two pumps.”

On not feeling guilty about selling alcohol: “Listen, I just gave them what they want. I had the longest line. There must have been 12 slush carts on the street. No one else had a line. I was the only one!”

On the possibility of being arrested: “I could have been in prison but all of the cops that were standing around didn’t seem to mind. They clearly knew what was going on. I was giving them slush too! You know those Boston police. Have you seen The Departed?”
