It was the best episode, so wanted Jude and Tommy to get together

I think it was definitely the highlight of season three. Kind of went down from there, unfortunately, with the introduction of the Angie story. I love getting to know more about Tommy's past but it could have been handled better.

Although if you haven't seen the Tommy/Portia mini, check it out. Tim attempted to fill in the blanks for us. :)

Tommy and Jude went on a road trip to record samples of her music in different locations (outside, in a church, etc) for her third album. So they spent lots of time together and Tommy let go of his past (his ex Angie) so that he could move on and admit his feelings for Jude. :)

I think this was the episode where he began working on solo material, but he didn't want to tell Kyle and Wally, so he kept it a secret. They found out though and were cool with it.
