In the third-season finale, both Jamie and Tommy are ready to be there for Jude, but she isn't sure which one she wants.

Okay, I have this gut feeling she is going to pick Jamie. I was on another board though, and someone pointed out that maybe she's picking her music, not either of the guys, which would make sense but that would still technically be picking Jamie. I just think by picking Tommy, that wouldn't do anything for the next season. Everything would be happy and fine all the fans would be happy....until they got bored. So, as much as I'd hate it if she didn't pick Tommy, I'd understand.

I was seriously underwhelmed but maybe I need to watch it again.

I guess with G Major gone, there won't be another Instant Star? Thus the Spied/Karma plot so she can stick around next year?

I liked the Tommy/Jude scene, and any other time it would have been great to hear all that, but something about it felt off. Maybe because it seemed rushed due to all this Jamie stuff going on. And of course Tommy buys Jude's music and gives it to her, no strings attached. But what's he going to do next year? Work for Jamie?

I loved Tommy in that scene, but I didn't feel Jude. She wasn't very "Jude" like toward Tommy. I guess it could be that she's just tired of waiting around for him and was annoyed with him. But that spark in Jude's eyes whenever Tommy enters a room was missing in that scene which really broke my heart.

i totally agree! i thought jude was lacking almost the whole episode. it wasn't just towards tommy either. where was her outrage, frustration, disappointment, and hurt over G Major closing? losing her ability to make music? her music catalog being sold off? i love alexz johnson, but i thought her performance was very lackluster, and the writing was a little off for her reactions. fine she's grown up and can handle things better, but music, supposedly her whole world, gets pulled out from underneath her and she's just like, "ok i guess i'll be normal now?" what the hell? same thing with both the guys. tommy tells you he loves you, and your eyes get a little big? the only real acting i saw was her "oh my god," the rest was just "eh". tommy i thought was spectacular.

I like the episode and I would like to see jude and tommy together and jamie and jude were already together once and Tommy and jude were only together for a bit.
