OPEN RELATIONSHIPS? –Brian “Smash” Williams (Gaius Charles) goes on his first recruiting trip that lives up to everything he hoped for until an unexpected incident takes place at the end that will change his mind about the school. Matt Saracen (Zachary Gilford) asks his cheerleader girlfriend for an open relationship, but is there another girl? Meanwhile, emotions escalate in the Taylor family as Tami (Connie Britton) explodes on a young teacher that she feels is getting too close to Julie (Aimee Teegarden), while Eric (Kyle Chandler) explodes on Tami about her relationship with a different associate of theirs at the school. Tyra (Adrianne Palicki) is asked by her former attacker’s brother to meet in person and make amends, but afraid to face him, Landry (Jesse Plemons) goes in her place. Minka Kelly and Taylor Kitsch also star.

I am really excited for this episode. I thought last week they were going in a more than student/teacher relationship with Julie and her teacher so I am excited to see that story line. It sounds like a good episode :)

I hope smash finds out that hazing is a bitch when you are a big fish in a little pond on these recruiting trips.

He needs the chip knocked off his shoulder.

Also has he not learned you need the education too as a back up for when injury happens.

I was a tad disappointed..there were some really great scenes though. I'm still unsure about this new love for Matt..and I can't spell her name so :lol:

The Julie/Tami confrontation was awesome!!
And I somehow have a thing for Matt and Carlotta!!

Loved Riggins Appology to the team. Red Krotch, I dont know you and you probably wont ever have playing time...LOL Also to Smash....I know you want to sleep with the girls that I did so I left the country for awhile so you hade a chance. Lastly to Matt...are ya still a vigin. It was very well done.

I think you also kinda had a feeling that by the end of the episode Matt was not going to be a virgin but who...Cheerleader or Carlotta. Glad it was with Carlotta it will actually mean something for Matt and with a caring woman.

Also Smash...calling up Matt and the whole Matty picking him up and Smash I think I ran 3.8 mile....LOL

Then also Coach Taylor and Tammi convo about how she should be eating lunch with him and talking to him in the hallway at school.

Perfect episode loved it.
