Hollywood star NICOLE KIDMAN was destined for a career as a veterinary
nurse, until THE WIZARD OF OZ inspired to her become an actress.
The Oscar winner traded her love of animals for the big screen after being
enchanted by the 1939 movie.
She explains, "It created a different world that I so believed in, and I
credit that with my wanting to become an actress later on - after the usual
girly things such as becoming a vet, or a nurse, of course."
