Biggest loser is my favorite show. I like very much . I never miss that show.
In that show they set the game elements day to day like Sunday: Weigh-In
The Warehouse , Temptation , The Walk , Major Challenge. And the Elimination
day is sad day because that day the person are eleminated.

i love that show. it really shows you how to lose weight and the right way. it is an awesome transformation to watch throughout the season of all the people on the show.
