BRITNEY SPEARS is cleansing her system of toxins thanks to regular colonic sessions, according to reports.

The Toxic singer has been making regular trips to a Beverly Hills clinic as part of a bid to adopt a new positive lifestyle after a year of mental health issues.

A source tells Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "Cleansing a few times a week gets rid of lingering stuff in the colon. Britney's had the treatment before and says it makes her feel great, more upbeat and energetic."

Seriously, this is typical Brit. Focusing on the output instead of the input. She could lay off the Red Bull and the cigarettes and not have so many toxins in her system. There is no easier softer way.
