Hilarie Burton announced for Ravens convention

Hilarie Burton has been announced for the combined One Tree Hill and Supernatural convention called Ravens, which takes place 10th to 12th October in Chester, UK.

Her announcement is not yet on the main site (http://rogueevent.co.uk/ravens/index.html) but has been announced on the forum (http://rogueevents.proboards57.com/index.cgi?board=ravens).

Hi

I have a few more guests in the works for Ravens; with the possibilty of another main cast member.

I need your help to spread the word of this event; with more ticket sales i can look at confirming the new guests.

As an added incentive:
1) For those that get 10 referals to book will receive a free photo shoot with one of the show headliners
2) If you can get 20 referals to book you will recieve a free signed group photo shoot.

For those who refer people to book email us their names and when they book we will note the referals next to your booking.

i feel really dumb for asking this but what is a convention? i really can't wait if it's true

A convention is a gathering of fans, usually in a hotel, over the course of 2 or 3 days, usually a weekend, where some of the stars of the show or shows will be. The cast will then sign autographs, have official photos taken and give question and answer talks. It's usually a closed event where you have to buy your ticket for it beforehand, although some have day entry.

This particular convention is called Ravens and is happening in England, 10th to 12th October 2008.
