Which TVshow would you bring back?. What storyline would you propose?
for me.....:Firefly -: embelishment of storyline concerning sheperd book, his past and why he left before the film "Serenity" also the departure of the character inara.
it would also be fab to see what happens after the events of the film

Even before I opened the thread, I knew you'd ask what show I'd bring back, and instantly Firefly came into mind. I don't even care where the storyline goes, but I just want to see all of them on TV for a few seasons more. Of the few episodes we do have to enjoy, I just love them so much!
On a side note, I'm excited about meeting some of the cast at Dragon*Con!!
I would love to see Firefly come back.. It would be amazing! To see all those amazing characters again. Id also like to see Angel back again to see who survived the big fight and Buffy to see where they ended up after they left the destruction at Sunnydale!
ne0ven0m did you go to dragon con after? any good? who did you meet. I love conventions... sort of addicted.. you might say!? ;)

Firefly was well done. It would be very interesting to see what happened next. We picked up the DVD very inexpensively at Sam's Club. Babylon 5 was very well done, up until season 5. It would be interesting to see what Straczynski could do with a budget and actual support from the network. Sliders had a lot of potential, but it went downhill fast after season 1 and even faster once it moved to the Sci-Fi Channel. I'd like to see what a good writing team could do with that concept. Homefront might do better now that we are back in a war, but the cast is all 15 years older and moved on to other things. Another couple of quirky series that I'd like to see back are Maximum Bob and American Gothic. Again, it's been long enough that they'd have to start all over.

Sliders had a lot of potential, but it went downhill fast after season 1 and even faster once it moved to the Sci-Fi Channel. Sliders depresses me because the concept was so genius yet Fox managed to ruin it with their endless meddling, pretty much what they'd do to Firefly a few years later: airing episodes out of order, trying to dictate storylines/direction of the show, etc. It pretty much went off the rails after they killed Professor Arturo off. I still haven't seen any of the episodes that aired on SciFi.
