I know what you mean. I kind of feel the same way. It's how it is I think when you read the books before seeing the movie. I was always that way when I went to see the Harry Potter movies

That's impressive! I get what you mean. I feel that way as well, and I always feel that way when it comes to the Harry Potter movies. So it goes the same for Twilight.

I have a friend who borrowed the books from me she started with the first one on a Sunday, Monday she started the Second, Tuesday she was on the 3rd and Wednesday she was on the 4th. I was AMAZED! And this girl is an assistant manager at where she works, so she was working every one of those days.

It takes me a lot longer to read the series. I like to be able to let it all sink in and not rush too much so I don't miss anything. Still pretty amazing when people can read that fast.

I'm just pretty sure i won't love the movie as much, because so much of Bella and Edward is what my heart decided was going on, which a movie doesn't let me decide about, cause it's all too quick.
That said, I am intrigued how they'll do it, it won't change 'my' Bella and Edward, but it'll be a nice comparison point (or a point about which i'll bitch and moan :lol: )

and i kind of have a love/hate relationship going on with Edward right now. i mean i kind of love him because he's AMAZING and i kind of hate him when he left Bella i was like YOU JERK. lol but he came back. but still. idk.
and i have high expectations for the movie. hopefully i'm not disappointed. that would be saddening. especially since it's 37 days away.

I completely agree with Twilight, but later on the HP movies bothered me. I still see them, but I expect to be disappointed. So far the previews look fairly true to the book- except the flying through trees bit!
