Best PSP games?

I just got a PSP and have no clue which games I should buy. I'm more of an old school Nintendo gamer if that's any help. Any suggestions?

There are classic game collections available. I know you said old school Nintendo gamer, but there's a Sega Genesis collection available with about 6 good side scroller games. Also, if you wanna play a more current game, I highly recommend checking out Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII, even if you aren't a fan of the Final Fantasy series.

I did a little research, cause I'm not that good with the PSP games, and these are the titles considered to be among the best, if not the best:
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Patapon, God of War: Chains of Olympus, Wipeout Pulse, Tekken: Dark Resurrection, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops.

Some suggestions...

Retro: Atari Remixed (old atari 2600 games) and classic 80's music combined, Taito Legends (old Taito coin op versions including Qix one of the best games made), SNK arcade classic 1.

Driving: Outrun 2 is fun, so is Burnout Legends

RPG: Final Fantasy II, and Crisis Core (currently playing)

Sports: Virtua Tennis 3 (always play), Madden 2009, Tiger Woods golf

Others: World Series of Poker Bracelets (always playing), Golteib and Williams Pinball collections.
