/!\ SPOILERS AHEAD /!\ Actually if I did understand the Synopsis of that episode (#402 Are You There, God ? It's Me Dean WINCHESTER) Victor Hendricksen and Meg Masters are back to haunt the boys and to make them feel guilty by telling them "You Failed Us" So it's not really meg but the body that she was wearing who's back, maybe that's why she looks so different, because it's not the badass demon that we knew in the S01 but the poor and innocent girl that was possessed by Meg...
