So many new albums coming out that are being 'brought to my attention'... (Christmas is on the way ya know... lol)
Soooooo..... Trapt and Staind have a new one coming out (or out recently...) Who else?

One of my favorites from 20 years ago is coming out with her first (outside this weird group). Her name is Basia and she's tremendous.

Red Jumpsuit Apparatus is supposed to have one coming out in early 2009. On August 19th Fast Times At Barrington High by The Academy Is... came out. I still haven't gotten it yet, but I hope it's really good. P.S. The new Staind CD is out. I saw it in Wal*Mart a couple of days ago.

Beyonce will release her 3rd solo album on November 18. The as-yet-untitled album is said to be Beyonce's "most personal, reflective and revelatory collection to-date". Two tracks from the album, "If I Were A Boy" and "Single Ladies," will be sent to radio on October 7.

METALLICA - Death Magnetic. It's already getting airplay on the radio and it is sounding much better than St. anger. They are also going to be in concert in early '09...can't wait!

GREEN DAY

Fans waiting for a new Green Day record are about to get one. Sort of: The Bay Area punks have just revealed that the rowdy garage-rock band called Foxboro Hot Tubs — who posted six tunes online in December — is in fact the rock superstars working under a pseudonym. And just as two of the new tracks are gaining traction on rock radio, Green Day have announced that the Foxboro Hot Tubs’ full-length album, Stop
Drop and Roll, will be out “any day.”
