Last night, we watched Looney Tunes: Back in Action on DVD. We bought it for $3 at Big Lots because my husband had heard that Robby the Robot and the Daleks are in it. We did not have high expectations for the film, but we were pleasantly surprised. We found it very funny.

A couple of days ago, we went to see Valkyrie in the theater. It was very good. A lot of people have criticized Tom Cruise, but we thought he (and all the other cast members) did a very good job. Some critics have also said the movie had no suspense. That is not the case at all. For a story where everyone who knows anything about history knows the outcome of the plot, director Bryan Singer did an excellent job keeping us on the edge of our seats.
