Christopher Eccleston or David Tennant?

personally i like them both they are both pretty good at acting i love the storylines in both of their time playing the doctor but i did really like the germany bombing london wiv Chris also because of John Barrowman hes well cute shame hes gay lol =(

Also, the actor shapes his Doctor -- for example, Jon Pertwee was more of an action hero type, so his Doctor did a lot more action than the previous, older, Doctors. So, each actor has played his own Doctor the best. It's more a question of which style of Doctor you prefer.

Maybe Stephen Moffatt and the new producer are still interviewing people or deciding where they want to go with the character. The Doctor is definitely a character that will be defined by the actor playing him. So, if they want to make him more serious or more quirky or more adventurous, they need to find an actor that will reflect and embrace those qualities. I am going to miss David Tennant terribly.
