And so it begins.....

The two oldest people, Gillian & Bob get picked to sart the tribe picking at random. School yard old school rules- if they look good to YOU, pick em!
Gee Jeff, it's so nice of you to state the obvious and single out the oldest (possibly) weakest players in the 1st 5 minutes of the show. He's such a prick sometimes.

The following teams are written with the names in the order in which they were picked. So no one came whine to anyone about the teams. This is your own damn fault, and boy, some people made stupid picks...

Team A/ yellow/Kota- Bob, Ace, Sugar (chosen for sex appeal), Marcus, Charlie, Paloma, Kelley, Jackie, Corrine

Team B/red/Fang (pronounced "phong")- Gillian, Crystal ( an old girls' network friendship choice), Susie (ANOTHER girlfriend choice), Matty (finally some muscle), Randy, Dan, Danny, Ken, Michelle (last one left, no choice)

Okay- here are the 1st impressions.

Kota-is the youthful strong team with hot chicks to boot!
Fang-is toothless; this is the Golden Girls team (sorry, but I gotta say it), the older chicks picked themselves first so they wouldn't be left out but they handicapped their team with too much older estrogen and nobody wanted to be grouped with them

the individual players:

Michelle-Major Whiner!:nohope: Come on girl, wake up! Jeff embarassed you and being a jerk to highlight that you were last picked. GUYS almost always
get picked 1st. Also, one team was desparate for males so of course you got picked last but it was clear that you were stronger than at least 2 of your female tribe members. You should have silently accepted the perceived insult and moved on...BUT NO!!!! She was a complete drain emotionally on her tribe- she held daggers in her eyes and and bitched often; she stood around shivering like a wet chicken and didn't do much at camp and then called out other teammates by name and accused themof being worthless.
Guess who got voted out 1st before an old chick? the young nag! :lol:

Charlie-DROOL MUCH? :drool: Stop being so obvious with how much you literally want to kiss Marcus' ass! EVERYBODY knows your weakness and your alliance!

Gillian-wanted to find food & liquid from elephant dung!?! UMMM....I'd rather starve & be dehydrated. She did talk too much...She was sent home 2nd, no surprise there, voting out the elderly is kind of Survivor tradition

Corrine-"I'm going to be a bitch!" PLEASE!!!!! Anyone who is eager to be an ass IS an insecure idiot. :lame:

Dan-punked out with his "I'm too emotional to be leader of the tribe" So you want someone else to be on the chopping block so you can fly under the radar, spineless jerk,

Ken-He should drop the fancy tie at tribal; DUDE, you're on a deserted island, GO CASUAL!!! He seems kind of weak physically or is he playing possum?

Ace- he's become an aggressive leader

Randy-LOVE THE NAME!!!, he cut his head walking into the shelter at night, the 1st wounded player but he stepped it up to show he was still viable and it worked!!! I was impressed. He kind of reminds me of that good ol' boy named Chicken from a few seasons ago. Anybody remember Chicken? He didn't last long...Well, with THAT name...:abduct:

Marcus-his "Onion Alliance" consists of Jackie/Corrine/Marcus/Charlie-they are courting Bob to get a fifth player to have a voting majority. Can he trust the women, especially Corrine?

Danny-hate that "GC" nickname-he got railroaded into being "the leader" of his loser tribe, BULLSHIT!!! the team doesn't need a leader, everybody just needs to pull their own weight; I loved how he effectively quit being leader after he had that bad night with the snoring. Poor guy gets really punchy without a good night's sleep. Good for him! He may be young but he's not THAT stupid!

Whew!

What did you think about yesterday's show?

I like it when the teams stay fairly even... so I'm glad of the outcome yesterday. I think that Crystal has a little more muscle than I initially gave her credit for.

I agree. It's possible she was playing possum to downplay her strength since she could be fairly sure that both Gillian & Susie would go 1st before her because of their age issues. She had me fooled! :blush: But what a big comeback. :cheer:And the best thing, none of the tribemates seem to have noticed. They are all just so relieved that they finally won something that they have no idea that WonderWoman helped to save the day. :shhh:

Even in that first immunity challenge though, where they had to dig those puzzle pieces out of the sand, half the diggers had given up because they were "tired," but Crystal and one other person continued to dig the entire time.

They have been eating too much rice though.

GC AKA "Danny" is very weak physically and he even admitted to "throwing away" some rice. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! This is Survivor, dude. You don't eat 3 meals a day and you don't throw away anything. And if you do, you don't tell everybody! :wtf: What happened to them all being so gung ho and fishing with somebody's eye glasses & shoe laces? They caught some fish last week. I guess it was too much work... :poke:

TRIVIA: Who was the idiot who washed their dirty socks in the clean boiling drinking water? :ponder: This happened a long time ago...

Team Issues:
Phong is running out of rice & Ranyd suggested eating only 2 bowls a day versus 3 a day and Danny AKA GC is pissed even though the idiot admitted that he actually threw away half a bowl of rice...um...not too smart...:drunk:

Kota is all about DRAMA & SEX, Sugar wants Ace as a SugarDaddy and everybody knows about it; Paloma & Kelly hate Ace and think he's an overbearing bully, no surprise there, I think Sugar really screwed up by telling Ace she has the idol because he's a loudmouth prick who will use the knowledge to help himself and manipulate others (and inadvertently making Sugar into a bad guy)

REWARD CHALLENGE-(for comfort items-blankets & sleep stuff)-very physical-not my personal favorite because I don't like seeing people encouraged to possibly hurt others :etongue:
that said...you gotta hold onto a pole for dear life while others try to pull you off and drag you across a line in the dirt
*award for outstanding weakness goes to GC/Danny for again, punking out and providing NOTHING :no:
*award for surprise KICK-ASS POWER goes to Crystal for working with Matty & then Randy to finally take matters into their own hands and WIN a challenge
*the You Got Screwed award goes to Paloma who was hand picked by Ace to be on the pole and who was quickly yanked. Paloma got unfairly blamed for "losing" the challenge for her tribe when it must be acknowlegded that no chick on that team would have beeen able to defend against Randy & Crystal.

**Sugar got sent to Exile Island because she is so perky & looks ditsy but she found the idol in record time and beat out the lawyer from last week who was clueless!!!! YOU GO, BLONDIE! :cheer:She gets special merit for returning to her tribe with phony tears and her hair in two infantile pigtails that made her look even more childlike adorable. Talk about playing up the dumb blonde stereotype. My only criticism is when she told ACE. Sugar kind of has a little target on her back because everybody resents and dislikes Ace and she is his only real friend so some people want her gone.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE- water sports & a puzzle-
Kota-Kelly & Corrine were uber weak on the water slide and relay race; they suck!!!
Phong-Susie was stupendously crappy at the water slide & relay, she stood out in a Bad Way!

It came down to a battle of the puzzle master geeks- Ken (Phong) VS Mr. Wizard AKA Bob (Kota) and in a nailbiter, HOLY SHIT!!!! :wtf:Phong WON! Kota loses two challenges back to back!?! Didn't see that coming. :popcorn:

Tribal Council
EVERYBODY except Kelly & Paloma voted for Paloma to go. The two girls voted against Ace. But the Kota team kept Ace because he IS physically strong and they want to win challenges. That bitter taste of defeat was the deciding factor to keep Ace who was the main person on their team who fought well in both challenges.

*Now Kelly is screwed as the odd woman out with no friends & no alliance.
*Crystal has moved up a notch in her tribe's eyes because she has finally showed that she is strong and can rally a win.
*Danny is looking more like a punk every day and Ken is now the favorite skinny young boy who is smart!

Hope my recap helped to fill in some of the gaps. THis was a great episode

Sugar has a sweet deal out there with the comfort on Exile Island. Better than being with the group, other than not being able to play the game.

Anyway... I can't stand them. Crystal is full of herself and blames others for their weaknesses while not acknowledging her own. Danny/GC is an ass of the highest order who is a MAJOR punk.:lame: Ken, who has shades of intelligence, becomes a slobbering jerk whenever a females gets close to him. :smack:I'm surprised Kelly managed to join their alliance but these guys do have a voting block now. :wtf:

Tribal Issues
Phong-Randy is still paranoid about food & rice rations. He wants 1 meal a day now; it's basically GC, Crystal & Ken VS Susie, Randy, Matt & Dan(Wow! Interesting dynamics; Susie needs those 3 strong dudes & the guys need hjer to have the tie breaking power, the other 3 should be nervous...)

Kota-same old stuff

NOT A CHALLENGE. HMMMmmmmm.....- Let's rank & label our tribemates and air out our feelings

Kota-Marcus,Ace,Bob,Charlie,Jackie,Corrine,Sugar,Kelly

(this was no surprise to me but Crystal & GC were offended. What knuckleheads)

The Jeff got out the bat and WHAMMO!!! :punch:Tribes are forced to mix & merge very early in the game. I'm not happy. :etongue:Everybody was just starting to get comfortable and form strategies.

The NEW Tribes were created just like the 1st episode, school yard pick only this time Matty & Marcus get to start the picking. They HAD TO choose from the opposing team.

Phong-Matty tried, Kelly tried despite being heckled by her own tribemates, Ken/Crystal/GC, who did absolutely NOTHING, Ace worked his ass off but still came up as a LOSER

Dumbass alert! :poke:GC wanted to axe Kelly instead of Ace but Ken reminded him that they need Kelly for the voting majority and that Kelly already told them that Ace, Jackie & Sugar are in an alliance

*Surprised Matty voted for Jackie but it's clear he's not in the lazy stupid alliance
**Ace lost Jackie BUT he was reunited with Sugar. Plus, he was kept because he's such a good physical player at challenges. What a lucky prick. Now everybody correctly assumes that Sugar has the idol :(

Tribal Issues:

Kota- living large and eating well; Randy/Dan/Susie are very eager to fit in & make friends; Corrine,Charlie & Marcus were shokced/pissed that Jackie got axed; Um....guys, you have the worst poker faces EVER!!!, Marcus thinks Dan is a full of shit kiss ass and he's probably right;Dude, Dan, you're trying WAY TOO HARD and besides, Randy is better at sucking up than you, accept it and move on...:signhere:

Phong-Ace said "I've got Sugar in my pocket." REALLY?:drunk: I sure hope not. Come on, Sugar. You have intelligence, USE IT and drop this anchor like a bad crack habit!:ninja: Everybody assumes she has the idol, which she does. But instead of trying to vote her off and waste the idol, why not try to make friends with her and get the idol to be in your alliance instead? Crystal & GC are fighting like bor & sis, which is pretty immature.

Reward Challenge-prize is fruit, herbs, spices, cooking oil (kind of lame if you ask me) That said,

Sugar sucked BIG TIME and was really responsible for the loss of her team!!! Sorry girlfriend. But the truth must be spoken. :help:
Randy is the MASTER!!!!!!!!! he dominated & out shouted Sugar and even confused Ace
***Strategy Mistake-Loud Mouth Crystal should have been the "call girl" for her team instead of Sugar; gravity did most of the work with the ball dropping. Her strength didn't matter much but her personality & voice could have saved the day

PRE-TRIBAL DRAMA-GC-Dan punked out and asked/begged to be voted out; no surprise there;Crystal went tinto Sugar's bag and found the idol ( :cussing: I HATE WHEN PEOPLE DO THAT), Matt tried to get the knucklehead alliance to blindside Sugar and put the idol out of play and weaken Ace by taking away his only buddy but the dumbasses didn't!?! :wtf:Why not? It was a great plan. Sugar got REALLY LUCKY....

Tribal Council
Dan/GC-"I've suffered" (As Livia Soprano would say, POOR YOU! What a whiny punk ass)-he voted for Kelly, why didn't you vote for yourself?
Everybody else voted for Dan
But I must admit I didn't see Matty's vote but it didn't matter anyway...

Dan is gone which doesn't affect his tribe much because he provided absolutely nothing to his team or to his alliance

Next Week's Preview hints that Sugar might actually give her idol to Ace. Are you ****ing kidding me!?!?!?! :pissed:

10/23/08 Recap

Tribal Issues:

Kota-Dan is being hated on/resented for being a greedy selfish son-of-a-bitch; basically he's eating mega helpings of food (according to Randy, Corrine & Bob);Dan is CLUELESS that there's a target on his back because of this issue

Phong-supposedly Matt & Ace have hooked up but that's no surprise there; Ace figured out that the others went in Sugar's bag & know about the idol (or did Matt tell Ace?) so Sugar freaked out and gave Ace the idol!!!?!?! :wtf:

REWARD CHALLENGE-for fruit tarts, chocolate danishes and tea/coffeee-the challenge is a definite repeat (they do it almost every year); it's a game of tag as the tribes move as a team in a circle with a giant stuffed snake on their backs-whatever....

Phong-Why was Kelly put in the #1 leader spot? BAD IDEA! She was super slow & weak. But Sugar & Ken opted out 1st, then Kelly-then Crystal REALLY almost collasped, so it ended up with Matty & Ace carrying the whole burden on their own (as usual)

Kota-Susie was the ONLY player who opted out but that was probably for strategy to speed up their team; EVERYBODY ESLE stayed in the game and pulled their own weight, even my scrawny beloved BOB!!!! :applause:

YOU KNOW WHO WON....
Crystal cried crocodile tears. Randy teased her by mocking her with "Oh Wah Wah Wah..." as his team ate in front of the losers. Jeff loves to encourage the winning tribes to pour salt on the wounded :rolleyes2
Back at camp, Crystal panicked and went to her tribemates and started babbling how her tears were not a sign of weakness but only frustration. Honey, everybody on your team is frustrated but you were the only one crying. Besides, they don't think you're weak because of the tears. It's because you punk out on all the challenges!!! :blush:

Back at Kota-hostility toward Dan resurfaced because he really enjoyed the bakery feast and even if he's just eating normally, everybody seems to think he's eating more than his share....Of course Randy has decided that he'd rather keep Susie instead of a stronger male so he can't wait to vote Dan out! Randy is vicious.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE-obstacle course, scavenger hunt and then creating a flagpole-the usual-none of the challenges are original anymore :sleep:
there were 3 relays, each relay getting harder as it went on
#1 Bob&Randy VS Kelly&Sugar then Charlie&Corrine VS Ace&Crystal then Dan&Marcus VS Matty&Ken ; after all that hard work by all players, the tribes were even when they went into the last task of creating the flagpole BUT then something weird happened.... :error:
KOTA worked together while Phong decided to allow Ace to do all the work by himself and everybody else just stood around offering no assistance whatsoever. Of course KOTA won, again.
WHY did Phong just give up all the power & responsibility to Ace? It was like they all gave up as a team.... :stupid:

Matty wanted to waste the idol and get it out of play which Ace said was a dumb idea (yeah, for Ace anyway) Ace said he wanted Kelly gone so Matty immediately kissed Ace's ass and went to report this to the others (what a numbnut) Crystal & Ken wanted Ace gone and Ken tried to sway Matt but Mattt said he was sworn to honor his pact with Ace (gee, Matt you are so ......STUPID!!!!)Then Ken went to try to sway Sugar who confessed that she gave her idol to Ace; Ken convinced Sugar to take the idol back but Ace did so with full confidence that he wasn't going home :wtf:

TRIBAL COUNCIL :argue:
Everybody just Bitched, Bitched, Whined, Cried, Bitched some more.... Are you guys serious? You are all the masters of your own destinies and you have no one to blame but yourselves!!!!! :bang:
Kelly voted for Crystal
Everybody else voted for Kelly (so much for her alliance with Crystal & Ken)

:nohope: All of these people are clueless and I can't fathom their thought processes or anticipate their next moves at all. I've decided to just sit back and watch the ridiculous meaningless carnage. I have no favorites, well maybe BOB but he barely gets any screen time so I'm sure if I saw more of him I'd find a reason not to like him.
:etongue:But Tribe Fungus is awful and I kind of want Ace to survive these idiots because they are pathetic players who are letting him cruise. At least Ace is smart enough to manipulate or take advantage of these ...people. (okay, I'm tired of insulting them) But I wouldn't be able to watch this show if at least somebody on Phong was trying to stay in the game. And Ace is definitely trying to win. The others, I'm not so sure. Maybe GC/Danny was right. If your heart isn't in it, why stay and waste time and suffer for nothing?

:cussing: Okay, I'm angry & confused because Crystal & Ken decided to tow the line and vote for Kelly. But they could have gotten the idol out of play and tricked either Ace or Sugar and voted out one of them or even Matty who clearly has sided with Ace & Sugar. Kelly wanted Ace gone too. THose 3 (Crytsal,Kelly&Ken) knew the enemy and had a good idea about who had the idol, they could have made a power play. What a big waste!!!!

Boy, Fang really sucks. They are so unlucky and down. I'd be devastated if I were in that tribe. And it's getting very annoying because same people win, same other people lose all the time. There's nothing surprising anymore. I don't think they will win anything til the merge :(

I wish Crystal & Randy & Corrine were all put on Exile to fight it out. ALL three are toxic, mean, spiteful souls and I can't stand anything that comes from their mouths. How could Corrine say she wanted "to stab Susie in the eye"!?! :cussing:Jesus Christ!!!! Randy hates everybody, especially his old tribemates, including Susie & Dan. I loathed how he laughed about how his old tribe was probably out of rice & starving. He really enjoys the thought of other people in pain. :etongue:And Crystal is just a black hole of hostility & blame who can't maintain a civil conversation longer than 5 seconds. :down:

Sugar only had Ace in her pocket. And SHE used him. She was smarter than Dan and found the idol. Sugar may not be physically strong but she does have smarts.:up: After the merge, no one is going to fall for Sugar's smile and I think she knows this. I think Marcus gave Sugar the immunity because she's weak and he wanted to save a player weaker than Matty or Ace who he doesn't want at the merge, and his strategy worked! I don't see the slut technique being an issue this season, while it has reared it's ugly head in the past. :nohope:

As for Ace, I'll miss him only because Matty is a tool, Ken needs some new friends (desperately) and you know how I feel about Crystal.

:crying:Basically, this is the most unappealing cast of contestants Survivor has had in a long time. Michelle, Ace, Randy, GC/Danny, Corrine, Crystal- they all have some personality deficiencies in my opinion. Even Dan & Matty seem to be dunces, although not too irritating. I might not make it to the Final Four because there are soooo many people who get on my nerves. :help:

:cheer:I'm rooting for Bob & Ken and to a lesser extent, Charlie & Marcus. That's it. Everybody else is just cannon fodder.

Went to the CBS Survivor Forum and found some viewers complaining about how the contestants look. I don't care about looks as much as I care about stupid behavior. And it seems that even though this is what, the 17th Survivor, the players have gotten dumber even though most of the challenges (physical & emotinal) have stayed the same. :wtf:

And personally, I don't think anybody besides Sugar is a looker this year. And even Sugar is just, pretty. How can you get turned on by watching people starve, get covered with sores & bug bites, and they even develop visual stink waves around their bodies? :spit:

I hate Randy too, the most out of all the contestants :D
And Crystal is so weak physically, despite being a former Olympic gold medalist. I think she did a good thing by not telling the rest about her background. They would have mocked her all the time. And Randy the most, probably :D
Please bring that merge in the next ep...

You said some viewers complained about their looks. What exactly: that they are not prettier or that they are so skinny and dirty?

They were complaining that this current group looks young & attractive and perhaps that's why they are such poor players because they are such lookers. Some folks even said that there were too many young people...:wtf:

REALLY? I thought it was a typical well balanced group of young, middle aged and actually old people.

Gillian, Randy, Crystal, Bob, Ace and Susie are all middle aged or more. Dan, Matty, Marcus, Charlie and Corrine all look like mature average adults.

Ken, GC/Danny & Sugar are the only ones who look young to me. The other chicks who have gone, Michelle, Kelly & Jackie- they just looked like regular women who could range from mid20 to mid30 depending on how emaciated they got.

But nobody looks so fabulous that they can expect to coast on their looks in this game. In fact, that's a stupid idea anyway.

Tribal Issues:
Phong-"Oh Shoot!", cries Crystal as she accidentally spills some precious raw rice. She decided not to eat a meal as penance but Ace wanted her to eat so she would have energy for the challenge, basically none of her tribemates could care less about Crystal's phony martyrdom

Kota-Dan went around & literally begged everybody to like him/notice him; all I know is I noticed that I hate Corrine even more now because of the bitchy spiteful mean girl statements she makes to the camera all the time

Reward Challenge: playing "Keep Away"- traditional hot potato game with an offensive aggressor trying to get the others to drop the ball; reawrd was a helicopter ride to a huge picnic feast with all the trimmings
There were 3 matches with these aggressors pitted against each other:
Randy VS Ace- Randy Won!

Sugar was just putrid in her awfulness....However,:wtf:Why wasn't the big strong aggressive loud mouth Crystal designated as an aggressor!?!?! Who is calling the shots for Phong? But it doesn't matter. If I was Crystal-starving, angry, frustrated and desperate to prove my worth to my tribe- I would have pushed Sugar aside and stormed the playing circle.....:pissed:
Dan VS Matty-Dan kind of won by default because Sugar dropped the damn ball & lost the match for her tribe. I don't say this much but Sugar was personally responsible for that loss but why her tribe keeps putting her in baffles me....What happened to Ken & Crystal? I guess those two should bare some of the blame too since they didn't even step up to the plate...Good Lord! :bang:

CHallenge-individual immunity only but no merge, and BOO!!!!! ,. both tribes will go to Tribal regardless of outcome, (I hate when they force a winning kick-ass tribe to go to Tribal. I think they earned their immunity and should feel secure); anyway.... It's the ever popular Survivor Log Roll Battle- another standard challenge but it is fun/interesting to watch, (thank you, ESPN Lumber Jack Olympics)

Kota-Dan is a needy anxious loopy nut.CHarlie, Marcus, & Corrine have replaced Bob with Randy in their alliance. WTF!?!:cussing: Randy is clearly out for blood and is a big threat. Why those 3 would safeguard the strongest from the opposing tribe instead of cutting him loose is beyond me. Keep mentally/socially weak Dan instead and he'll do anything to please. Randy will cut you while you're taking a leak near a tree. Mark My Words. He's scary! :eek:Anyway... Then Susie ****ed up and told Corrine the megabitch that she could have voted for anyone even her, Corrine. Well, then Corrine freaked and wanted to oust Susie. But Charlie & Marcus are supposedly scared that Dan, who was 1st on Exile Island, may have the immunity idol. THAT KNUCKLEHEAD? :lol:If he had it, would he be so damn fearfull ALL the time?

Phong-Matty is stupendously pissed that Sugar sucked so very much at the challenges. He wants her gone, NOW!!!! But Ace just calmly smiles and all but says, "Who the hell cares what YOU think?" Then Matty ran and told Ken & Sugar what he wanted. (JEEZ! This guy has absolutely no game) So then Ken & by extension Crystal, decide that while Ace thinks that everybody wants to waste the immunity by voting for Sugar, they'll vote Ace instead, Ken tells Sugar the plan and she seems interested, the nail on the coffin, when Ace asks for one of her immunity idols, Sugar says no with her usual sweet smile, only it's not so sweet anymore...:halo::shhh:

TRIBAL:
Kota-Dan & Bob (he is so NOT in the loop:() vote for Susie but everybody else kicks out Dan, who was absolutely crestfallen, of sourse. One thing's for sure, this should be a clear sign to all the old Fang members that Randy is a big threat.

Phong-this vote was priceless because of how Matty's association with Ace has screwed him :popcorn:

And let's not even talk about Crystal, a former professional athlete, who Susie has even lasted longer than on a few challenges, including this last one with the poles. The female pool is pretty shallow when it comes to the physical competitive edge so Susie can actually feel pretty confident when comparing herself to this current crop. :lol:

:hottopic: Went to the CBS Survivor site and found some angry post hating on Susie. Here's my response:

Marcus was the idiot. He clearly had already replaced Susie with Crystal, in his mind, and he even told Crystal this! Why would he assume that: :confused:

Crystal would just accept that He could keep his 5 allies but Crystal would be happy to screw her one & only friend, Ken?

Crystal would NOT tell Ken or Susie of his plan to ax Ken and secretly ax Susie later?

WHY, oh WHY, did Marcus not just ask Crystal & Ken to ax Susie? They hadn't rebonded with her yet. It was clear that Ken & Crystal BOTH needed to be placated. What's a voting block of 2 versus 5/6 people once the merge hits? Nothing!!! Plus, Marcus could have had secret allies who weren't even apart of Kota 6. BUT for some reason Marcus seemed to be afraid of standing up to Susie and just telling her that Kota 6 didn't want her. He had Bob in his pocket already. Besides, Susie all but said she expected Marcus to be his bitch until Final Three!!!:scream: Um, I think that's a sign of having too much power/confidence. Susie didn't have the immunity idol or any friends YET she managed to oust one of the strongest players who had 5 friends. Short, chubby, old, weak, slow Susie scared the shit out of the young buck. :bow::applause::dancing:

First, I really enjoyed the twist. Everybody, the contestants, me, the viewers were expecting the merge but Bang! Let's just mix them up for another rounds. Awesome! ;)
I think the "let's throw the immunity idol in the ocean" thing was cheesy. Even if everybody knew about it and it wouldn't have gave a too bigger advantage to his owner...
I really enjoyed the tribal council, how Marcus was kicked out :D Smart Susie :D
I like more the old Fang members than those from Kota. Still hate Randy :D

Completely agree with ya! EVERYBODY knows that Sugar has/had an immunity idol. So! It has helped her big time!!!! :bgrin: Who cares what people think/know? Besides, most of these players are knuckleheads anywho....

I guess I kind of enjoy Phong doing SOMETHING smart because they are such HUGE underdog losers. It's so hard to root for smug arrogant mean winners who go out of their way to rub salt on people's wounds. :etongue:

Still dislike Crystal BUT she made some points for actually sticking by Ken. I didn't think she had it in her to acknowledge him or stand by an ally. Finally, she does something thoughtful & loyal & she managed to serve her own interests in the long run. Survivor moves don't get any better than that. :popcorn:

TRibal Issues:

KOTA-Everybody dumped on Susie after Tribal, this woman needs the merge , Immunity & new friends- ASAP

Phong-Matty was devastated; Sugar & Ken are tight, the Phong Final Four are swearing to look out for each other to the end even after the merge because "THEY" have an immunity idol (um, Sugar is ex-Kota, can she be trusted?)

NO REWARD CHALLENGE? A mystery feast? possible merge? But while eating, Charlie & Ken find a note about a clue to an immunity idol on the beach where the feast is. Randy jumps up, finds the idol, brings it back to the table and literally dares somebody to pick it up. NO ONE TOOK IT!?!?!?!? I find that very strange. (Um, nutjobs, just because everybody knows you have the idol, it doesn't mean it loses any power, the weakest ones should have grabbed it and said "YEAH! I took it. I'm weak & have no allies. I need this and everybody knows it. It won't take me to final four but it keeps me alive for a few more days.")ANYWAY...Marcus joins Randy in doubletalking the group into throwing the idol into the ocean. WHAT A HUGE LOAD OF BULLSHIT!!! :pissed: Bob, Ken, Susie, Matty--WTF!?! Marcus & Randy immediately turned to the camera and claimed they were gods... Then WHAMMO!!!!!!!!:punch: Feast is over. NO MERGE! But wait, there's more! The tribes MUST mix & match for a 2nd time! Again-what a huge shit storm!

Charlie is gone. Actually think this will bite the former Phong alliance in the ass.
Randy is a much bigger, louder, meaner, more devious player. And now that he is in the weaker alliance, he's out for blood. I think Charlie could have possibly been swayed by Sugar & Bob to join a different alliance. True , he was pissed that his sweet faced Marcus was gone and he bitched accordingly. But Randy outright hates his former tribe with a vengeance and he's vocal about it.
:etongue:I kind of don't want to watch next week because previews show Randy really being a monster, which sets off Crystal and Corrine is vicious too. :cussing::argue::bang:Her hating on Sugar didn't help sway Sugar to the wounded Onion Alliance. I actually think evil snake-tongued Corrine is the reason why Charlie is gone. Corrine HATED Sugar and as we know after watching how Corrine treated Susie, I'm sure Sugar felt/smelled/saw the hatred a mile away. So the so called Onion Alliance was screwed because Corrine can't work/relate/compromise/be civil with ANYBODY.

Charlie was screwed anyway. Randy is Corrine xs100. He is a vindictive mean-spirited cruel little man and again, Sugar could not stand his black hole of negativity also known as a personality.

As soon as Charlie heard that Marcus was gone, he should have secretly regrouped and tried to break away from those HUGE ANCHORS of antagonism. But then again, Charlie would have been stabbed 30 times for this "betrayal", 15 in the back by Randy and 15 in the front by Corrine.

Someone said that Charlie focused too much on the alliance and not himself or the current situation in front of him. YUP! Just like Marcus.

The Onion Alliance was doomed from the start.
Onion- thin transparent skins, very foul odors, painful tear causing affect, causes bad breath & indigestion when consumed raw

Basically, Charlie picked Marcus because he had a crush on him and Marcus wanted to manipulate this crush. Why these guys picked Corrine is beyond me but that was their 1st BIG MISTAKE and replacing my beloved honest hard-working BOB for Randy was the final nail in that alliance's coffin. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!

Wohoo! Another great episode. Loved the tribal council again. I'm sorry for Charlie though; I wanted Randy out more than anything.
The merge... hmm, I didn't want it to come this week, but in the next episode, when they were only 8 remaining. But it's ok after all.
What I love most is that the current situation shows us how you can win everything in the beginning and be so cocky, but end up being voted out by those weaker. One moment your up, the next you can hit the bottom.

I do remember Randy refering to Crystal & GC as being a "possee" and yes, I knew exactly what kind of racist code language he was using to get past the censors. That said, I never brought it up in my rants against Randy because his overall hatred of everything and everybody seems so pervasive.:lame: He's an equal opportunity bigot who hates anyone he perceives as beneath him - and that seems to be everybody.:stupid: Which is why I NEVER believed gay Charlie would have gotten a fair deal from Randy.

But did you read in the Charlie & Ken threads how Ken supposedly used the homophobic "F" word to describe/insult Charlie?:eek: Seems it was edited out of the tribal council scene! But Charlie talked about it in the next day's interviews. I guess the producers decided to just have one offensive remark per episode? Or have they decided to just show only Randy being a jerk and not show other people's crude behavior. I am disheartened about Ken's behavior.:wtf: But when you think about it, after 17 seasons, imagine how much cruel, mean, foul, lewd, racist, sexist, awful stuff has been edited for 8:00 PrimeTime consumption? :shocked: I feel a bit sick.

Tribal Issues:
KOTA-Ken is feeling powerful and BOB is now the next to go, according to the new TRIAD of Crystal, Susie, & Ken (those BASTARDS!!!!! leave Mr. Wizard alone!!!!!!)

Phong-out of rice & lost the ability to make fire ( I am SO glad that Randy has returned to experience this:naughty:) everybody is deparate for a merge; yes- Randy,Corrine, & Charlie were completely shocked when they went to the next challenge and saw Marcus was gone...Corrine & Chalrie went into a special speech about how Marcus "deserved" better ....um, go ahead and keep talkin' and you'll be with Marcus soon enough which will be EXACTLY what you deserve :nohope:

REWARD CHALLENGE-sling shot golf with a HUGE sling that the whole team had to work together & use, reward- cultural trip & feast

KOTA-Bob & Ken did most of the aiming

Phong-Matty did most of the aiming while Randy fumed because someone else was showing themselves useful

***the competition was kind of confusing and lots of luck was involved. It was anybody's game where both teams did fairly well.

Phong won with a hell of a lot of drama & hysterics via Randy, Charlie & Matty. :argue:I half wanted them to fail so Randy would just strangle Matty right there on the golf course! Talk about big sore winners....Bob was sent to exile where he didn't find an idol but he made a gorgeous fake idol that I'm sure several fans want to buy on EBay.:bow:

Immunity Challenge-merge happened right before the challenge so it was boring & almost meaningless since they've been playing for individual immunity anyway.:sleep:

I've seen every season of Survivor and I think this was the most outstanding blindside for one of the foulest most angry mean players, ever.
:confused: I can't understand any sympathy for Randy. He definitely had it coming. He was begging to be put in his place and to be shown what a clueless loudmouth he actually is.

Ken & Sugar were jerks for hiking up the prices for some items BUT they only did this to Corrine, Randy and Matty. And although those 3 knuckleheads used most of their money, they ate the best and got a clue to immunity.
Crystal didn't buy anything. Do they get to keep the unused $500?

Randy threatens & taunts that he'll act like a jackass :wtf:(um....he already was but now he's admitting it) And he does. He calls Susie a b*%#@, everybody morons, etc. His usual.
But his biggest dumbass moment is that he assumes that even though she's been to exile 6 or 7 times, Sugar doesn't have it. And that Bob, nerd boy, will find it AND will definitely give the idol to him so then HIS alliance can blindside Susie. :stupid:
Randy stomped around cursing & picking fights, even pissing on Matty after he went to bat for him. Randy is a selfish prick who EXPECTS people to do what he says and for everything to go his way like he deserves it. WHY!?!?!

PreTribal-The Big Set-Up
Sugar went to Bob and they devised a plan. She told him to give to idol to Randy so he'll not only get kicked out the game but he'll get humiliated when it happens. I LIKE IT! Bob is hesistant but he knows that the only way to actually use his fake idol is to screw somebody; so why not the biggest nutjob on the island? Of course, Bob is worried that Sugar could screw him or worse, Randy might KILL him if he finds out. Basically, Randy can suck a rotten egg. :smack:Why Randy would assume that Bob would lay down his security for him is beyond me. Well, Randy took the bait, hook, line & sinker, with a smug self-satisfied smirk while he plotted Susie's demise. If he only knew or had some Common Sense or any type of real ability to read people or a heart or a brain or...... :nopity:

EVERYBODY was choking back giggles & smiling like lunatics, I mean EVERYBODY. It was surreal. As a viewer, you kind of knew why EVERYBODY was smiling but you also knew that some people were grinning under false pretenses.

Bob-Susie-Hmmm....trying to cover your ass? Honey, you screwed the devil with his own pitchfork. Offering him a bandiad is NOT going to make him feel better. I kind of wish you could have had the balls to vote for Randy too. (But some fans have written on the CBS forum that Bob is using this vote as a way to continue to fool Corrine so he can ax her too. I guess. But she's without any friends now so there's really no need for such Cloak & Dagger anymore...That said, Bob has had many a target on his back from Ken & Crystal so it is better to be safe then sorry.)

Randy didn't seem to "get it" until Jeff threw the idol into the fire. OUCH!!!!! I'm pissed about that because that trinket was priceless, just like this episode. :applause:

I thought the reunion special was especially boring - I could see why it didn't make the main cut. Nice eye candy though.

My favorite episode during a season is when they bring their loved ones on the show. It's so nice and emotional to see their happiness at the sight of their relatives/friends; I was this close to cry too :D
And boy, how they dealed with it... First, Jeff tells them he has some short clips from home. Then, that the winner gets to see the whole clip and some goodies to eat. Bob wins, starts watching the video, his wife tells him she wants to show him something then... Bang! she appears right in front of him. So beautiful! They finish their time, go to the camp, the other survivors see her and are very surprised but Bob whistles and the rest of the relatives appear in the horizon. OMG! How touching to see everyone start crying and running to hug his loved one :heart:
But after this moment I was a little unsettled by the plan to blindside Matty. I was so nervous right until the last vote was read. I don't want him out. I want him to win the million.
Corinne fell in her own trap. Bad plan. Hope Bob is next to go and that he won't be making any other fake idols. It's getting too obvious.

It was an okay epsiode, I actually hate the corny vist with family and it felt even weirder because this cycle has been so very mean/hostile so to see some of the contestants all of a sudden become soft/kind...it was TWILIGHT ZONE.

I thought my beloved Bob was overcome with guilt over Randy and started acting like an idiot. Another fake idol? Come on!?! But, Ken & Crystal "kind of" fell for it. Which was just dumb because they were in control, safe & secure but then they just decided to leave their alliance and join with Corrine over Matty!?!?! :wtf:

Bob, if you want to give Corrine your "real idol" fine, then we'll just vote for you instead. It's that easy. When somebody has an idol & tries to threaten you/manipulate your vote, just tell them that they're next if they decide to give it up and dare them to give it up! Ken & Crystal had the numbers on their side, why did they do something so reckless? :bang:

Sure, Corrine went home but only because Ken "told" Crystal to vote for her, he voted for Matty!!! And Crystal was itching to vote Matty too but she obviously can't think for herself. Now the old alliance knows that at least Ken wanted to "flip" and blindside Matty. Smooth Move, Exlax!!! :stupid:

Why did Bob chose to turn to Corrine when he kind of had a connection with Sugar & the others for tricking Randy?
Why would Ken half-heartedly go after Matty? HE OWNED CRYTSAL'S VOTE, so at least have the balls to finish the job. Now he's screwed in his old friend's eyes and Crystal is suspicious by association.

If that dumb planned had worked it would have been :
Ken, Bob, Crystal, Corrine VERSUS Sugar & Susie

Now it's Sugar, Susie, Matty VERSUS Bob, Ken & Crystal
But Sugar has the REAL idol
And if Bob or Crystal had a brain, they'd drop Ken like a bad habit.
Bob should have sided with Sugar, period.
Ken & Crystal should have gone after Corrine then maybe tried to keep Bob as a swing vote but they rushed to break their alliance way too soon :nohope:

The cycle is almost over and these contestants are all over the place. I don't know if I've ever watched a season where, as a viewer, I had absolutely no idea who was going to make it to the final four.

Basically, Sugar is strong and smart(though she sucks at physical challenges normally) but you can't win without some help and some luck. :cheers:

Ken & Crystal are too knuckleheads who lie & will flip alliances every episode
(this will be their downfall because Ken especially OVERPLAYS the game) :etongue:

Susie is smart with some skills and she's wise enough to just wait out the greedy dishonest idiots who keep backstabbing one another and she doesn't scare/intimidate anybody (she's the invisible one now!)...Susie may just end up being the last woman standing :thumbsup:

BOB & Matty-:wtf: I can't believe I'm putting these 2 together but they are kind of similar to me now. WHY? well Matty is physically strong & is kind of close to Sugar & Susie while BOB is smart & skillful and kind of close to Ken & Crystal. BOB made a huge mistake when he blew off his connection to Sugar to try to save Corrine. So BOB can be sort of a dumbass too, just like Matty when he tried to save Randy a few epsiodes back. Anyway, these 2 guys could get lucky because they are less devious and more trustworthy than Ken & Crystal. They could be saved as swing votes if they wise-up & join with Sugar & Susie to be the final 4.

But will Susie & Sugar go for it?
Will those dumbasses go for it?
Will Ken & Crystal finally part ways and try to create another alliance that will further complicate things?

No matter what, It's still anybody's game! :popcorn:

This Sunday the season finale. We'll finally find out who wins, but on the other hand I'm sad that it will end. 'Cause I really like this show and I'll miss it 'til next season.

Post Tribal- Matty confronted Ken about his vote. Ken confessed that Bob had a 2nd idol but Matty thought that was just bullshit!:lol: Ken approached Bob and Bob promised to give any immunity he won to Ken.:wtf::wtf:

Bob won the reward and took Ken & Crystal on a trip, then sent Susie to exile island....:drunk: Bob, you should have sent Ken and told him to look for his precious immunity there...:naughty:

Matty & Sugar had private time to talk where Matty begged Sweets for help but she insisted that her allegiance was with the gruesome twosome...:wtf:

After their trip & feast, Crystal & Ken openly tease & talk smack towards Matty...which makes Sugar cry:crying: UH OH!!!! Don't make Sugar cry!!!!
:pissed:IT'S ON!!!!!! Sugar decides that Matty needs help...She puts a target on Crystal's back. Matty is confused because Ken is clearly the brains. I gotta agree, however, I THINK Sugar picked Crystal because she's louder & meaner & more abrasive to live with than quietly sneaky Ken. Sugar can't stand loud brash in-your-face people.

ANYWAY...Bob wins immunity!!!!!:cheer: Wait, didn't he promise to give it away to Ken? :bang:

PRE-TRIBAL: Ken tells Crsytal he wants to take Bob's immunity idol and then vote BOB off. OUCH!!! (But he kind of deserves it) Crystal is still itching to follow-through on ousting Matty. But we KNOW this woman has no spine, no ovaries, no brain and will do ANYTHING Ken tells her to do. :nohope:

When Ken asks Bob for the idol, Bob acts like he doesn't want to give it up. Bob insists that if everybody at camp & at tribal acts like they want Ken gone, ONLY THEN, will he give the idol away... Damn! Mr. Wizard has some balls after all.
Then Ken & Crystal run around camp and tell everybody about how they want to blindside Bob. Sugar immediately goes over and tells Bob. Bob looks hurt & confused!!! Honey, I love ya, BUT you ARE a huge threat, you have sucessfully blindsided 2 people and you made a pact with the knucklehead twins who will stop at nothing to win! :director: WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!
When everybody asked what Sugar said to Bob, she lied and said she told Bob she was voting for Ken so Bob would give Ken the idol. And Ken & Crystal fell for it.

TRIBAL- Bob kept the idol, saying Ken didn't need it even though Ken acted wimpy and begged in front of everybody. BUT Sugar gave Matty her idol, just in case he needed it (in case Bob still voted for Matty) (besides, it was the last chance to use it, right?)

Ken-voted Matty, I guess he had to since Bob kept the idol, he couldn't blindside him

Crystal-Matty

Bob, Susie, Sugar & Matty- all voted Crystal

SEE YA! I gotta admit, I was SHOCKED that she left with a smile and no drama.

As long as Ken doesn't win, I'll be happy. After the last few seasons with winners who disgusted me :etongue:, I'm thrilled that smart & tough Sugar, idiot/genius Bob, wise slow turtle Susie & lunkhead Matty are all so close to the finish. :applause:
