Locals were mad because the fireworks went off so late...

I was going to get my nose pierced at 15 but my state is stupid and won't allow it with parents permission. It's 16. But I just waited till I was 19.

i got my ears pierced in third grade with parent permission. and my cartilage when i was 18 but i didn't need parent permission but i forgot my license that day so it was a good thing my mom was with me hahah

Well, I got my ears pierced when I was three or four. My mom just did that. Later I got a second piercing on each side(two different times) but I think they closed up. My sister had her ears pierced when she was a baby. lol

And I never had my cartilage pierced. For some reason, it never appealed to me. Like, I'd take tattoos over piercings. haha.

I heard about that. She is way to young to live on her own. I guess when Miley first started going with her career, her parents made her sign a paper saying that she'll be living at home till she's 20.
