2 new singles from the upcoming album I Am... due November 18 were released to radio Oct 8th. They are If I Were A Boy (http://z100.elvisduran.com/pages/news/beyonce/index.html?st=z100) and Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) (http://www.power1051fm.com/pages/news/beyonce/) (click on titles to listen online from Z100)

The 1st one is so beautiful. It's a ballad, more into pop-rock than R&B, but boy, it's incredibly good. At least this is what I, the critics and thousands of others think :D The bad thing though is that the song missed the Grammy deadline by only 8 days. This was such a stupid thing not to release it earlier cause it could have been the winner :(

Single Ladies is more like the Beyoncé we know from the previous 2 albums. It will remind you off Get Me Bodied. Very good too ;)

Both songs will have videos out in the next few weeks. They are already shot, but a decision on the release day is yet to be announced.

I'm not such a fan of Single Ladies. It's OK, but not her best.

Yes, after 2-3 spins the songs are AMAZING ! And thanks a lot for posting. It seems that she's not that popular on Fanbolt, like Britney, let's say, who has 18 11-pages threads. Not that I don't like Britney. I love her too. I liked Britney even before Beyonce, so... :)

Besides If I Were A Boy and Single Ladies, I love Halo too. Very much. It's so lovely
I have just pre-ordered a few hours ago the Deluxe Edition from Amazon.co.uk. I can't wait either to receive it. Hope that by the end of the next week I'll get it, if not it will be in 2 weeks time.
You're so fortunate because in London you get it right away :D
On the other hand, shipping in another country is more time consuming.
Well, I just hope to get it, no matter if it'll be next week or the one after.

They emailed me on Saturday and said that they have already dispatched it. I was thinking they would send it on Monday since then it's the release day in UK, but I guess they considered there's no problem if they ship it earlier since I get it after the release date :D
