I finally saw this movie and I didn't like it. It was kind of boring and I didn't care for the characters.. :down:

really? i used to LOVE that movie soo much. mostly cause i thought adrian grenier was really hot. but watching it years later, it doesn't necessarily hold up as a timeless high school movie. i still think there are good bits in it but sometimes its REALLY cheesy...and melissa joan hart's wonky eye can be really distracting.

Melissa's eye is not that bad! I loved her as Sabrina! I used to watch that all the time

lol. i used to love this movie. and adrian... playing chase. =)
but now, i can see what u guys are saying.
but i still like this movie! :)

Never heard of it, but according to the reviews here I don't want to see it. How does it compare to Can't Hardly Wait?

I really loved that movie, back in the day, haha.
They were both are little corny funny... haha.
i would put them in kinda the same boat...
but I like "Can't Hardly Wait" a little better! ;)

Yeah Empire Records was really cool. Everyone had pretty cool parts in it. My nickname is Lucas (IRL), people say I look like him.

One thing I can`t believe is it`s been 10 years since I Can`t Hardly wait came out. I was shocked. I never thought time had flown before, but yeah, it flies.

I saw they had an anniversary Can't Hardly Wait dvd out! unfortunately, Amber Benson's part is still cut

OH my gosh! I felt the same way when I was younger I loved the movie and then I watched it recently and it didn't have the same affect on me. I thought it was boring and like you said cheesy. Our tastes change as we get older. What was cool when we were younger isn't so much later in some cases.
