I'm trying to get through it. It's not a fluff book, that's for sure. It's definitely one to think about.

Yeah...I read this book when I was in the fifth grade. It took me forever to read...and it wasn't worth it. I did feel extremely accomplished and patient when I finished it, though. Hehe.

I was really disappointed with the book. I thought with a little more effort he could have done better. I found so many plot holes that I never read the sequel. And if you're wondering, I finished the book only because I had bought it. I had high hopes.

Wasn't a fan of the book so much, but I've seen Wicked the Musical 8 times, so you might be able to tell I'm a huge fan of that - the stage production is both amazing, and gripping - and as for the songs, just WOW! Would highly recommend it

Wicked the musical premiered at San Francisco's Curran Theatre in May 2003. In October, 2003, the show moved to Broadway's Gershwin Theatre. It was produced by Universal Pictures and directed by Joe Mantello, with musical staging by Wayne Cilento. Its original stars were Idina Menzel as Elphaba
