for as much as teens dream to become famous.. privacy is a huge issue, for all we know photos could of been taken before she thought she was going to be huge and then got black mailed.. it happened to micheal phelps.

Michael Phelps is just an idiot. How was he when he got a DUI, oh wait most people don't know about that because he was the famous american swimmer. Its bs. He gets away with so much stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if he was still doing the same stuff he just got in trouble for, but just being extra carfeful.

I think people are getting way too involved in her life, leave her alone, we dont need to hear about everything she does, she is a teenage girl and its just a bra and underwear, she is not naked running the streets, its not a big deal

OK I am a parent of 3 2 girls one 10 and the other 12. So as a parent of girls I can under stand where other parents are coming from in regards to the underwear pix. My girls both like Miley. Yes She is only a teen but she has young kids looking up to her. I look at it like this if you want to take kenie pix do it in a kenie not your under garments.

I didn't think the Annie Leibowitz photos were that big of a deal. I mean, she didn't look great in them and I didn't think it was Leibowitz's best work, but they weren't offensive, in my opinion.
