Hilton puts a hold on motherhood

PARIS HILTON is backtracking on her plans to start a family - because she's too busy to get pregnant.

Just last year (07) the socialite announced plans to become a mum, insisting she'd be pregnant within two years.

But now she's had a change of heart because she's busy restarting her acting and music careers.

Hilton reveals her oddball musical Repo: The Genetic Opera will eventually be released on 7 November (08) and she's completing work on her second solo album.

She says, "Right now I'm just focusing on my business and traveling around the world. There's no time for a baby right now."

But she's not writing off motherhood; she tells HollyScoop.com, "I would love to be a mother one day."

I'm sure the whole baby thing was a passing phase because a whole slew of the young celebs were getting pregnant and getting a lot of attention. Paris seems to do whatever is bringing the most attention to herself, sad to say. It's probably good that she's waiting as she really needs to grow up a bit before becoming a mother.

She's too bony to have a healthy pregnancy. I guess she could be bony when she's knocked up but she'd better be willing to consider the health of her baby during maternity.

She never appears to be in a relationship long enough to have a child. Not that she couldn't be a single parent, but hopefully she won't be because she doesn't seem at all interested in it.


I don't think she's as stupid as she appears, and everyone was concerned when Nicole Richie had a child, and that turned out well.

I think Paris will never have children because she isn't the type of girl who wants to get married and have children.Nichole is very different from paris she sometimes acts like she is mean but she is actually very nice.

Paris as a mother? she does not seem the motherly type..lol..but then someone pointed out the Nicole Richie turned out to be a great mom so who knows. It would be a cute baby though

Personally I think it is a smart move. She would have to give up so much of her partying life. It is something that she is proubly not ready to do..
