Co-Star: Duchovny 'Doing Well' In Rehab

Actor DAVID DUCHOVNY is "doing well" since admitting himself into rehab for sex
addiction, according to one of his co-stars on hit U.S. TV show
CALIFORNICATION.

The 48-year-old - who plays a sex-loving author in the raunchy cable show -
checked himself into rehab last month (Aug08) in a bid to control his own
sexual urges.

Actor Evan Handler has sent his best wishes to the star, and admits he's
looking forward to getting back to work when Duchovny returns to the set.

He says, "The most I can say is that I hope he's doing really well - and I
heard he is doing really well. I can't wait to go back on the set because the
work experience is the best one that I've had."

When asked if Duchovny would attend the series' premiere on 28 September
(08), Handler added: "I have no idea whether I'll see him there or not."

Didn't he leave rehab already? I am not sure if his program was complete or not but he left.

When I first heard that David went to rehab for a sex addiction I laughed. I mean, come on. But I suppose that is the same as any other kind of addiction. Just slightly more humorous.

I hate to always be skeptical, but I'd love to know what the real story is here. Was he truly addicted? Was he caught misbehaving and claimed he was addicted?

lol, you ought to check out some of his and his wife's quotes concerning his "sex addiction"...his wife says that it's one of the things that initially piqued her interest in him. Apparently, she'd heard rumors of it before she was with him.
