So I checked out The Lying Game book from the library because I'm in withdrawal and I'm guessing it's going to be quite a while before we see season two. (Seriously, has the show been picked up or what?)

However, I read a few pages and then stopped because I started worrying I would ruin the show for myself.

But I don't think they are actually following along too closely, right...? Has anyone read it and watched the show? (Without giving away spoilers for the book.)

Yes I read the first two you won't ruin anything for yourself the show isn't following the books right now. I have the 3 rd one too I haven't gotten to reading it yet ,I have Been busy looking for a new place to live Ect.

yeah i heard 10 eps too. hopefully that will change at some point. cuz i love this series. hope it sticks around for a while

I want to say the first season had the same 10 episode order and then they added on extra episodes... Hopefully the ratings go up for the second season so they don't have any excuses not to give us more episodes!

Although it would definitely help if ABC Famly put the episodes up on Hulu (and make it available for Hulu Plus!) for more than just a few days! I've seen a lot of people express interest in the show but there isn't anywhere for them to watch it and get caught up! And no one wants to start in the middle of the season, especially with a serialized show like this. Netflix would be good too, since shows like Switched At Birth are available. Not sure why The Lying Game doesn't get the same treatment...

Last season ended with a major twist – what do you want to see happen next?

Definitely want to know more about what's going on with Sutton and Rebecca... and of course Ethan and Emma working things out.

Also I'd like for the show to return before winter.

That is such a long time from now!!

Ooh, this is good. I do question why they are waiting until AFTER the second season premieres to add it to Netflix. Wouldn't you want people that discover the show on Netflix to tune in for the premiere...? Sometimes I don't understand this business.
